1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Task Quadrant, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Task Quadrant is built by Spaced Revision. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Task Quadrant provides an Eisenhower Matrix–based task and priority management platform, including matrices, tasks, goals, team collaboration, and notifications. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice where feasible.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for other legitimate reasons.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or third-party data.
Transmit malware, spam, or content that is harmful, abusive, or infringing.
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service in a way that harms availability or security.

5. Intellectual Property

Task Quadrant, its design, branding, and underlying technology (excluding your content) are owned by Spaced Revision . You retain ownership of the data and content you create. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide and improve the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Task Quadrant. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any).

7. Changes & Governing Law

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Spaced Revision operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
